She has remained active as an MVP since 2009 – writing instructional posts about MIM on her well-known blog MissMIIS, contributing articles to an MVP project for the TechNet forum, speaking at conferences worldwide and attending monthly web meetings with the MIM product group. Carol is a committed identity and access management consultant. She has over 20 years’ experience in hands-on technical roles, having started in systems administration and then moved into project, systems architecture and consultancy work. She has successfully delivered many complex design & delivery projects for customers in banking, international business, education, UN international organisation and the Swiss private and public sectors.
Adam is one of the industry’s prominent architects specialising in Identity and Security for Mobility and Cloud Solutions. He is an evangelist and a principal consultant in The MIM Team. He has extensive experience in with Microsoft Cloud solutions across APJ (India, APAC, Japan and Greater China) and has helped Microsoft secure and oversee the successful delivery of strategic, lighthouse and major deals. Adam’s expertise with Information Worker, Cloud, Enterprise Social, Identity and Access Management, and Application development skills enables him to deliver valuable enterprise wide solutions founded on current best principles. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the IT industry to customers including 15 years’ experience with identity management through positions with Microsoft, Novell and Hyro.
Damian leads the New Zealand architecture practice bringing a wealth of knowledge from his 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, the past 6 focused on security, identity, access management and single sign-on solutions. Damian also brings many years of experience working as an engineer and technical consultant designing and building Microsoft based solutions as well as networks and perimeter security solutions for large enterprises.

Ryan is a principal identity, security and access management consultant with a strong background in Microsoft, Novell, Oracle and Web Application technologies. He has extensive experience working with private and public sector customers providing solution architecture, systems design, project management, implementation and support. Ryan specialises in MIM, FIM, Novell Identity Management (NIM) design & deployment projects, but also has extensive skills and experience with Novell Access Manager (NAM), eDirectory, Open Enterprise Server, GroupWise, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, development and integration (VB.Net, C#.Net, Web Services) and load balancing technologies. His unique assorted vendor skillset allows Ryan to comfortably work in diverse enterprise level organisations with large heterogeneous systems and smaller organisations embarking on identity and access management programs for the first time.
Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier technical and instructional experts on Microsoft technologies, and are the only individuals authorised to deliver training for Microsoft Certification. Chris is an MCT focused on identity and access management. Chris heads the UNIFY Identity Management Training Academy and the UNIFY Federation Services Practice (incorporating AD FS and UAG). The Academy was established in 2009 and has delivered FIM and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) courses in most States in Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United States. Chris has en elite background in Active Directory and also co-authored an ADAM course. Chris is also recognised as a leading expert for Microsoft Federation and has developed the MOC AD FS course for Microsoft (Microsoft Course 50065A). Tomasz is a lead identity, security and access management Architect and Microsoft Certified Trainer with nearly 20 years’ Microsoft Security experience. His principal technology areas include design and architecture of Microsoft Security Solutions, Identity and Access Management, Cloud, Virtualization, Windows Server, Directory Services, Networking and other associated technologies. Tomasz has also been a speaker at various international conferences. Additionally, he has developed Microsoft exams, and developed and delivered countless workshops for the Microsoft Partner Academy worldwide.
Rizwan is a principal solutions architect and identity management specialist in The MIM Team. He has more than 9 year experience of designing, developing and selling solutions to enterprise customers based on Microsoft platform. Rizwan has proven ability to execute complex, resource-intensive projects with powerful communication, coordination and analysis skills. Rizwan is highly experienced in infrastructure solutions involving Directory Services, Identity and Access Management, Role Based Access Control, Enterprise Single Sign On and development technologies ASP.NET, AJAX, Workflow Foundation (WF), WCF and XML application programming interface. Rizwan also has extensive experience with the full range of Quest tools extending from his employment with Quest in the Middle East, and with SharePoint.
Dilip is a principal Microsoft Infrastructure Architect with 11 years’ experience in planning, designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft IAM technologies for large enterprises in various business domains including HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, Government (Singapore), Financial Services, Energy/Utility, Education, Fertilizers and Engineering. Dilip has worked across the world including 10 years’ experience working in the US with Wipro and EMC and 5 years’ working for HP in Singapore. Dilip has advanced skills in Identity Management, Directory services, System Center Solutions, Remote Access, messaging, PKI, Single Sign-On, Virtualization and Service Management.
Phil is a principal solutions architect and identity management specialist in The MIM Team. He has more eleven years experience in the IT industry, with over six specialising in identity management using Novell Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and Microsoft Identity Manager. Phil has extensive experience designing, developing and supporting solutions to enterprise customers across the Region and across most industry sectors. He has proven ability to execute complex projects with strong communication, coordination and analysis skills. Phil is highly experienced in infrastructure solutions involving Directory Services, Identity and Access Management, Role Based Access Control, Enterprise Single sign-on, federation, web access management and mobility technologies.
